Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals.
• Review and coordinate analytic work of junior bankers to move marketing/execution forward.
• Refine marketing and execution materials for maximum client impact.
• Oversee creation of financial projection models.
• Identify and manage risks in each deal.
• Liaise with lawyers, accountants, and other counterparties.
• Lead client negotiations and manage Q&A and interviews.
