Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the Banking and Wealth Management division seeks a Vice President to support resolution and recovery reporting by analyzing, reconciling, and presenting financial data. You will help build workflows and strengthen governance for timely, accurate reporting and decision-ready insights.

You will partner with senior finance leaders across control functions to drive execution, manage deadlines, and implement GAAP-compliant reporting processes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 6 years in product/control, financial control, or reporting.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and financial reporting practices.
• Ability to perform detailed reconciliations and explain variances.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP.
• Experience with SQL/Databricks for data sourcing.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate deliverables for Resolution and Recovery plan.
• Analyze, prepare, and reconcile accounting and technical data.
• Develop workflows and controls for governed reporting production.
• Partner with senior finance leaders to gather inputs and drive execution.
• Communicate complex findings with executive-friendly summaries.
• Support analyses for new business initiatives and post-implementation reviews.
• Stay current on GAAP and regulatory changes.
• Maintain and improve financial and reporting systems.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and tight deadlines.
• Contribute to projects to streamline processes and data governance.
