Our client, a leader in global payments technology, seeks a Treasury Product Owner to join the Enterprise Payments team in Charlotte, NC. You will own the product vision for payments solutions and drive the lifecycle from strategy to delivery.

You’ll collaborate with senior business managers, stakeholders, and global heads to shape standards, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional teams using SAFe methodologies, ensuring value and alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing real-time processing implementations in fast-paced environments.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, Kafka, Mainframe, and database systems.
• Strong product management skills with the ability to set and promote strategic vision across business and technology teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of engaging with diverse groups and organizational levels.
• Knowledge of operations processes supporting enterprise payment execution and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision for payments products.
• Develop the payments product roadmap within Enterprise Payments and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate closely with senior business managers, stakeholders, and global functional heads to establish and implement evolving product development standards and processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of technologists and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Document high-level design (HLD) and functional requirements using Agile SAFe methodologies, ensuring alignment with product strategy and organizational standards.
