SKIMS is seeking a senior transformation leader to own the company-wide transformation agenda, evolve the operating model, and accelerate high-impact initiatives from strategy to execution across a global brand.

The VP of Transformation will partner with the CTO on AI adoption, translate priorities into clear workstreams, and establish a disciplined cadence for progress updates, risk management, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Has successfully led enterprise transformation at a high-growth, complex, or scaling organization.
• Experience influencing senior executives and driving outcomes through collaboration.
• Deeply curious about AI and how it can transform business operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise transformation roadmap and operating model evolution.
• Lead the AI transformation agenda across the company in partnership with the CTO.
• Translate initiatives into defined workstreams with owners, timelines, and metrics.
• Drive change management to ensure adoption and embedding of new processes.
• Partner with ELT members to maintain focus on high-impact work.
• Establish a disciplined operating cadence for updates, risks, and dependencies.
