SKIMS is seeking a Senior transformation leader to drive the company-wide transformation agenda from strategy to execution. You will own the enterprise roadmap, advance the AI program with the CTO, and coach cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines deep operating experience with a passion for AI-driven change and a track record of enabling rapid scale in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

• Proven ability to drive organizational change across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience partnering with executives to translate strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with priorities and business objectives.
• Lead the AI transformation agenda across the company in partnership with the CTO.
• Translate transformation initiatives into defined workstreams, owners, timelines, and success metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve operating models, processes, systems, tooling, and decision frameworks.
• Drive organizational change management to embed new ways of working.
• Partner with ELT members to push high-priority initiatives and maintain focus on impact.
• Establish a disciplined operating cadence for updates, decisions, progress, and escalation.
• Create visibility into transformation progress, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Evaluate current ways of working and identify areas for improvement in structure and processes.
• Develop change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Build stakeholder alignment and ensure teams understand why, what, and how behind initiatives.
