Job summary

Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) is seeking a VP, Strategy & Transformation to lead a company-wide Continuous Improvement and AI agenda. You will report to the CEO and partner with Sales Operations, Implementation, Customer Support, and Finance to define future-state processes, governance, and KPI-driven transformation.

This role blends strategic vision with hands-on Kaizen events, quantitative analysis, and cross-functional change leadership to drive lasting improvements across SHP's

Qualifications

• 10+ years of transformation and strategy experience, in-house or consulting.
• Structured CI methods (Kaizen, Structured Problem Solving, Lean, Six Sigma) experience.
• Proven cross-functional transformation and governance across multi-workstream portfolios.
• Strong change management skills and ability to train and embed new ways across a non-direct-report org.
• High-level partnership with CEO and senior leaders; influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide transformation initiatives across all functions.
• Define future-state processes and AI/transformation roadmap.
• Collaborate with functional teams to identify, prioritize, and sequence CI opportunities.
• Manage cross-functional governance for the CI/transformation portfolio.
• Lead data analysis to derive KPIs and actionable recommendations.
• Drive change management, training, and communication to institutionalize CI practices.
