Job summary

Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) seeks a VP of Strategy & Transformation to drive a company-wide CI and AI transformation agenda. Reporting to the CEO, this leader partners with Sales Ops, Implementation, Support, Customer Success, Survey Ops, Finance, and Legal/Contracts to define future-state processes and governance, embedding continuous improvement across SHP.

The role blends strategy, hands-on transformation, Kaizen facilitation, analytics, and change management to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transformation or strategy, in-house or consulting
• Experience leading CI initiatives with Kaizen, problem solving, Lean/Six Sigma
• Cross-functional transformation from design to execution with governance
• Change management and capability-building beyond direct reports
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
• Program management with KPI definition and multi-workstream coordination
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive/board audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation initiatives across all functions
• Define future-state processes and AI/transformation roadmap
• Collaborate with teams to identify, prioritize, and sequence CI opportunities
• Manage cross-functional execution and governance for the CI/transformation portfolio
• Lead data analysis to uncover root causes and define KPIs
• Lead change and transformation efforts for initiatives with frontline teams
• Build CI capability through change management, training, and communications
