Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Senior Transformation leader to own the company-wide transformation agenda and operating model evolution. The SVP, Transformation will drive AI adoption, cross-functional execution, and organizational change management to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires partnering with functional leaders to translate priorities into clear execution plans and to evolve the organization as SKIMS scales.

Qualifications

• Has led enterprise transformation at a high-growth, complex, or scaling organization.
• Strong operator with ability to move between strategy development and execution.
• Deeply curious about AI and how it can transform business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale change management and organizational adoption.
• Experienced influencing senior executives and driving outcomes through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise transformation roadmap with priority alignment.
• Lead the AI transformation agenda across the company in partnership with the CTO.
• Translate initiatives into defined workstreams, owners, timelines, and metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve operating models, processes, and decision-making frameworks.
• Drive organizational change management to embed new processes and ways of working.
• Partner with ELT and functional leaders to focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Create visibility into transformation progress, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
