Job summary
PIMCO is seeking a strategic Operations leader to accelerate AI adoption, digitalization, and process re-engineering across Global Operations. You will shape the transformation roadmap, manage a small team, and partner with Technology and external vendors to deliver measurable efficiency gains.
Reporting to the EVP, Head of Client Operations & Digitalization, the role demands hands-on execution, strong change management, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation with measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to implement AI, automation, and digital solutions in complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead 5–6 direct reports focused on digitalization, AI, and process transformation.
- Accelerate AI adoption across Operations and with external vendors.
- Oversee end-to-end process reviews and re-engineering initiatives.
- Deploy Appian workflows and AI-enabled tools across the function.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and execution of transformation initiatives.
