Job summary

Stout is seeking a Senior Vice President in Transaction Advisory (Los Angeles area) to oversee buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. The role focuses on earnings quality, working capital, and risk analysis to guide investment decisions and negotiations.

You will supervise analysts, manage multiple projects, and lead due diligence calls with management teams. Travel up to 50% and growth opportunities are highlight features of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with financial due diligence and audit processes.
• CPA designation and 7-10 years in related roles are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Supervise analysts and associates and manage multiple projects.
• Identify risks and potential deal breakers in due diligence.
• Analyze financial statements and data; synthesize observations.
• Prepare due diligence reports and participate in client meetings.
• Support business development and proposals; assist in hiring/training.
