Stout is seeking a Senior Vice President in Transaction Advisory to lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. This role delivers critical insights shaping investment decisions and negotiation strategies.

You will supervise analysts, manage multiple projects, identify risks, analyze financial statements, and communicate actionable intelligence to management and clients, with travel up to 50% in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related major; CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting due diligence, with at least 2 years in due diligence; Big Four experience preferred.
• CPA certification is highly valued.

Aufgaben

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients.
• Supervise analysts and associates to ensure efficient project execution.
• Provide insights to purchase agreements and other deal documents.
• Lead due diligence calls and meetings with client and target company management.
• Produce comprehensive due diligence reports to organize and communicate findings.
• Participate in business development including client pursuits and proposals.
