Job summary

The role partners with Finance, Legal and the CPO, using data analytics and AI to drive decisions and balance competitiveness with sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Typically 15+ years of experience in compensation, benefits or total rewards
• Experience designing executive compensation in a publicly traded company
• Deep expertise in equity and incentive design
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with HRIS/Workday

Responsibilities

• Lead multiyear total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities
• Oversee executive compensation, equity and rewards programs
• Partner with COO/Finance/Legal on governance and communications
• Manage annual compensation planning, salary structures and equity awards
• Lead analytics, budgeting and vendor management for rewards programs
