Job summary
Travere Therapeutics, based in San Diego, seeks a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead compensation, equity, benefits and job architecture. You will partner with Finance, Legal and the CPO to design programs that attract and retain top talent in rare disease.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
- Typically 15+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits or total rewards, including leadership roles.
- Experience designing executive compensation for public companies and presenting to the Compensation Committee.
- Deep expertise in equity and incentive design, governance and pay-performance analysis.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally across People Success, Finance and Legal.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiyear total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee compensation, equity and executive rewards design and governance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on market competitiveness and pay equity.
- Manage annual compensation planning, salary structures and equity awards.
- Drive data-driven analysis and AI-enabled insights with privacy safeguards.
