Our client in Denver, CO is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, equity, mobility, and wellness programs. You will shape a global total rewards philosophy to attract and retain top scientists, engineers, and technology professionals amid rapid growth.

The role partners with senior leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and scalable programs across the global workforce, including expatriate assignments and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience with leadership
• U.S. person status is required due to contractual and security requirements
• Experience designing rewards for technical, engineering, or technology populations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with business goals
• Define compensation and benefits philosophies to attract, retain, and engage talent
• Advise executive leadership on market trends, regulatory developments, and best practices
• Oversee global mobility, equity, and executive rewards programs
• Lead governance, benchmarking, and vendor management in rewards programs
• Drive analytics to inform decision making and program design
