Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the global strategy, design, and execution of compensation, benefits, executive compensation, and equity programs. This role oversees governance, benchmarking, and cost discipline across North America, EMEA, and APAC, influencing senior leaders and driving talent strategy for a rapidly expanding organization.

The position is based in Denver, CO with a hybrid policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible)

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of total rewards or executive compensation leadership.
• Experience designing, administering, and governing equity compensation programs (RSUs or equivalent) in a public company.
• Global compensation experience across APAC, EMEA and North America.
• Strong knowledge of compensation governance, market benchmarking, and regulatory considerations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, executive compensation, and equity programs.
• Oversee executive compensation programs, including short- and long-term incentives and board-level support.
• Design and administer global benefits programs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR leadership to ensure governance and cost discipline.
• Lead annual compensation cycles and enterprise-wide incentive planning processes.
