Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a strategic leader for Total Rewards to shape and deliver our compensation, equity, executive rewards, health and retirement programs. You will align rewards with business goals, sustain market competitiveness, and drive governance and analytics across global teams.

You'll partner with Finance, Legal and the CPO, leverage AI and data to improve decisions, manage budget, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits or total rewards, including leadership experience across a broad portfolio.
• Experience designing executive compensation in a publicly traded company and developing recommendations for Compensation Committee and Board review.
• Deep expertise in equity and incentive design, compensation governance and pay and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish multiyear total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Evolve compensation philosophy and mix of base pay, incentives and equity.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning for rewards programs.
• Oversee executive compensation design, governance and materials for the Comp Committee and Board.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance and reporting requirements.
