Inventory management with occasional local travel.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior leader of the desktop support team and set a high standard for client service.
Oversee hardware repair, software installation, and troubleshooting in a large environment.
Leverage experience in securities/financial services where applicable to inform support.
Utilize Windows 11 and Mac OS management for endpoint health.
Coordinate with teams using ServiceNow and remote support tools to resolve issues.
Monitor inventory and coordinate local travel as needed.
