Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of desktop support in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop tech and Windows 11.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and internetworking.
• Experience with video conferencing and AV tech.
• Industry certifications such as MCP/MCSA or CompTIA A+ are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line desktop support for Windows/macOS.
• Manage lifecycle of end-user equipment (provisioning to retirement).
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize disruptions.
• Assist with moves, adds, changes for staff relocations.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity at the desktop level.
• Support video conferencing and AV equipment.
• Maintain on-site IT asset inventory.
• Log and resolve incidents via ITSM system within SLA.
• Collaborate with central IT and regional teams for Jacksonville needs.
• Stay current with AI productivity features in Microsoft 365.
