Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior leader of the desktop support team and set a high standard for client service.
• Oversee hardware repair, software installation, and troubleshooting in a large environment.
• Leverage experience in securities/financial services where applicable to inform support.
• Utilize Windows 11 and Mac OS management for endpoint health.
• Coordinate with teams using ServiceNow and remote support tools to resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate local travel as needed.
