U.S. Bank is seeking a Talent Attraction Project Manager to partner with Global Enterprise Recruiting and HR Business Partners to develop and execute strategies that position U.S. Bank as an employer of choice.

The role spans employer branding, recruitment marketing, early careers, and employee recognition. Responsibilities include aligning the candidate journey with the employer brand, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and driving dynamic outreach across multiple channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of related experience in employer branding, talent marketing, recruitment, HR communications or program management.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and operationalize talent attraction strategies aligned to workforce strategy and brand.
• Align candidate journey and brand touchpoints across internal and external channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and recruiting leaders to enhance recruitment marketing strategies.
• Develop dynamic, candidate-centric outreach campaigns showcasing the U.S. Bank brand.
• Coordinate Early Careers hiring operations including intake planning and requisition uploads.
• Support tactics to engage active and passive job seekers and build talent pipelines.
• Manage the employee referral program and engagement campaigns.
• Lead enhancements to enterprise recognition programs with budget and communications support.
• Liaise with Communications, Legal, Reputation Management and Business Resource Groups to test and learn new engagement approaches.
