Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loans, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and asset-based lending. You will analyze cash flow, collateral, and financial statements to make solid recommendations and monitor ongoing covenant compliance.

You will collaborate with lending teams, participate in weekly loan committee meetings, and mentor junior associates while staying current on market conditions for informed lending decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit involving complex transactions.
• Experience in asset-based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial industry, economy, and market conditions.
• Join weekly loan committee meetings as a representative of Credit Department.
• Mentor junior credit associates and coach team members.
• Occasionally accompany Relationship Managers on client meetings.
