Job summary

Main Digital LLC is seeking a Vice President to lead delivery strategy and solution architecture at our Tysons Corner HQ. You will shape the solutions portfolio, influence across Sales and Delivery, and drive profitable, scalable outcomes on complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 0+ years of experience in consulting, digital delivery, or professional services leadership.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform-based solution development or architecture (e.g., Salesforce, Pega, automation, data/AI ecosystems).
• Proven experience defining, owning, and scaling repeatable consulting solutions or offerings at scale.
• Demonstrated accountability for delivery outcomes, financial performance, and client success.

Responsibilities

• Define, sell and maintain a portfolio of market-aligned solutions with clear scope and success metrics.
• Ensure solutions are structured for repeatable delivery and scalable growth.
• Own solution-level delivery performance across engagements.
• Establish solution standards and governance for scale.
• Align capabilities across practices into cohesive, cross-practice solutions.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for delivery challenges and decisions.
• Enable sales through clear solution narratives that are easy to scope and price.
• Continuously refine solutions using delivery insights and market trends.
• Step into key engagements to guide or stabilize delivery.
• Ensure solutions leverage the latest innovation in the ecosystem.
