Cvent is seeking a senior strategy and PMO leader in Tysons, VA to shape our corporate strategy and drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Services. You will translate data into actionable plans, build scalable dashboards, and lead a team to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategy, or management consulting, preferably in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven track record of shaping and executing company-wide strategies and cross-functional initiatives
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR/NRR, Churn, etc.)
• Must be a well-balanced leader who can focus on details while supporting the big picture
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; experience building complex Excel models to drive decisions
• Strong ability to compile, analyze and present data, including AI-powered analytics tools
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills with senior leaders and teams
• Prior experience with process re-design, business application implementation and automation is welcome
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred

• Spearhead cross-functional efforts to maximize revenue growth and drive operational excellence
• Formulate and refine strategic framework for 5-year growth and conduct deep financial analysis
• Understand customer needs and manage AI-powered initiatives to improve experience, satisfaction and ARR
• Contribute to development of annual corporate priorities and board materials
• Conduct market research on AI impact and industry trends to shape strategy and operations
• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic projects and prioritize initiatives
• Establish scalable dashboards and reporting for key metrics
• Build and lead a high-performing strategy and business operations team and mentor talent
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance across SaaS environments
