Bounteous is seeking a Vice President of Digital Delivery to lead the delivery organization across North America and India, driving end-to-end delivery of digital products, platforms, and services. You will balance strategy with hands-on leadership, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget outcomes and high client satisfaction.

Competenze

• 12+ years of progressive digital delivery, technology, product, or program management.
• Significant leadership of complex digital products, platforms, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience as a consultant or in an agency environment.
• Hybrid delivery model experience across agency/consultancy, product engineering, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience scaling delivery across a large portfolio of concurrent programs.
• Experience delivering large, multi-year, multi-million dollar digital programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Lean, product management, and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with AI, automation, and tech-enabled operational improvement.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, CDP analytics, and loyalty systems.
• Some travel may be required.

• Develop and execute the delivery strategy for the business unit in North America, to achieve business and technology objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital products, platforms, applications, and customer-facing services, from planning through launch and continuous improvement.
• Set delivery models, standards, and performance expectations across all digital initiatives, optimizing the delivery model.
• Establish and continuously improve technical delivery and governance standards, covering architecture feasibility, integration and data dependencies, and release readiness.
• Integrate AI and intelligent automation into the lifecycle, evaluate emerging technologies and processes.
• Establish delivery KPIs covering speed, predictability, quality, productivity, cost, and business value.
• Oversee programs across capabilities including platform implementations, AI enablement, and loyalty systems.
• Build and motivate a high-performing delivery organization with client satisfaction as a focus.
• Manage direct reports and larger delivery team, including performance management and career pathing.
• Partner with India-based delivery leadership to operate one delivery model with shared standards across regions.
• Raise the technical fluency of the delivery organization for solution and estimation conversations.
• Coach and mentor team members and foster collaboration across delivery teams.
• Communicate effectively across engineers to client executives.
• Serve as executive escalation point for major accounts and lead recovery plans.
