Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in professional services, consulting, or solution architecture.
• Proven success leading solution design and advisory teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of utilization, revenue, margin, and estimation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solution Services Organization and oversee project leadership.
• Partner with PMO leadership for clean handoffs and delivery risk mitigation.
• Act as a trusted partner to Sales for complex deal estimations.
