Collaborating with Product Management, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and partnerships, you will drive governance, accountability, and scalable delivery while guiding change across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services, fintech, or banking product domains.
• 5+ years in product or program management within a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives and partner program execution.
• Strong project management, planning, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and partner objectives into actionable product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Product Management, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking.
• Document decisions, risks, issues, and deliverables for transparency.
• Support governance, risk, and regulatory alignment throughout initiatives.
• Maintain product documentation and governance artifacts for audits.
