Job summary

The Bancorp Bank, N.A. is seeking a VP Portfolio Manager to lead a team of Relationship Managers, Partner Services Coordinators, and Marketing Compliance Analysts overseeing fintech partner relationships within Fintech Solutions.

You will drive day-to-day service, issue management, and marketing compliance across card issuing, payments, and lending programs. You will shape strategy, monitor risk, and partner with executives and external providers to deliver compliant solutions while developing

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
8 years of relationship management and 8 years banking/payments operations experience.
Knowledge of card issuing, payments, and lending programs.
Strong working knowledge of compliance rules and regulations, including third-party risk management expectations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Relationship Managers, Partner Services Coordinators, and Marketing Compliance Analysts.
Oversee end-to-end partner program support for card issuing, payments, and lending.
Ensure regulatory oversight and third-party risk management across partner relationships.
Develop and implement strategy, reporting, and process improvements for the team.
