Job summary

The Bancorp seeks a VP Solutions Architect to shape strategic fintech initiatives and translate business needs into structured solutions within a regulated environment. You will collaborate with Product Management, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology to govern and deliver complex programs.

In this role you’ll drive alignment, develop plans, manage dependencies, and mentor teams while ensuring audit-ready documentation and adherence to governance standards. Travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years in financial services, fintech, banking products, or related areas.
• 5 years in product, project, or program management in a regulated environment.
• Strong ability to influence, align stakeholders, and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into executable product requirements and plans.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Product Management, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology.
• Establish governance, documentation, and decision-making to enable scalable delivery.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, governance artifacts, and implementation records.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to senior leaders and partner teams.
