Job summary

The Bancorp is seeking a VP Enterprise Project Manager IV to lead the most complex technology and enterprise initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery, financial oversight, governance compliance and measurable outcomes, partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to drive large-scale programs.

This role requires 10+ years of PM experience in regulated financial services, strong budgeting skills, and executive stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience operating in regulated and/or financial services environments preferred.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads large, cross-functional enterprise and technology initiatives from initiation through post-implementation.
• Establishes program structure, governance, and delivery roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities.
• Develops and manages project budgets, forecasts, ROI analysis, and resource plans.
• Proactively manages risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
• Provides executive-level reporting, decision support, and status transparency.
• Drives accountability across business, technology, operations, and external partners.
• Ensures deliverables meet defined scope, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Removes delivery impediments and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
• Mentors project managers and contributes to continuous improvement of PMO standards.
• Partners with third-party vendors to ensure performance, SLA adherence, and integration with enterprise objectives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• No travel required.
