Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Director of Project Delivery to lead EPC project teams across the Mid-Atlantic with a focus on development and execution.

The role can be based remotely within the U.S. with at least 50% travel to project sites and the Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

The position oversees teams on utility-scale PV and BESS projects, driving disciplined delivery and strong customer outcomes nationwide.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams.
• EPC project management and execution experience.
• Sound understanding of budgets, schedules, and prime/subcontract language.
• Negotiation experience with customers and subcontractors.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct project personnel on utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects.
• Provide guidance on all execution phases: schedule adherence, financial forecasting, risk mitigation, and quality controls.
• Ensure milestones, budgets, and regulatory compliance while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
• Set goals and performance expectations for Project Managers; review progress and provide feedback.
• Conduct talent reviews and workforce planning to maintain the right skills.
• Apply economic thinking to decision-making for value creation and cost-efficiency.
• Provide input on contracts, schedules, and budgets documentation.
• Drive portfolio planning and prioritization to leverage capabilities and deliver solutions.
• Foster trust-based relationships with customers and partners for mutual success.
