DEPCOM Power, an EPC firm and Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Director of Project Delivery to lead the Mid-Atlantic portfolio. The role supports self-performing capabilities and manages EPC project teams with focus on development and execution.

Remote work is allowed with travel to project sites and our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters as needed. The position requires experience guiding complex solar PV and battery energy storage projects, strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams.
• EPC project management and execution experience.
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct project personnel on utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects.
• Provide expert guidance on all project execution phases including schedule adherence, forecasting, risk mitigation, and quality controls.
• Drive achievement of milestones, budget targets, and regulatory requirements while ensuring safety and environmental standards.
• Set measurable goals and performance expectations for Project Managers and teams; review progress and provide feedback.
• Conduct talent reviews and workforce planning to ensure the project organization has needed skills and strategies.
• Guide the team to apply economic thinking in decision-making for value creation and cost-effectiveness.
