Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Director of Project Delivery for the Mid-Atlantic portfolio. The role leads EPC project teams, balances development and execution, and requires 50% travel to sites and the Scottsdale HQ as needed. This is a remote-friendly US-based position.

You will oversee PV and BESS projects, guide execution phases, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams.
• Previous EPC project management and execution experience.
• Strong understanding of business economics for budgets and schedules; familiarity with prime and subcontract language.
• Negotiation experience with customers and subcontractors.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct project personnel on utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects.
• Provide expert guidance on all project execution phases including schedule adherence, forecast, risk mitigation, contracts compliance, and quality controls.
• Ensure milestones, budgets, and regulatory requirements are met while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
• Set clear, measurable goals and review progress for Project Managers and teams.
• Conduct talent reviews and workforce planning to maintain skills and competitive advantage.
• Guide the team to apply economic thinking for value creation and cost-effectiveness across the project lifecycle.
