Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Director of Project Delivery to lead utility-scale PV and BESS programs nationwide. The role requires significant travel to project sites and Scottsdale, AZ headquarters, with remote work options within the United States.

You will direct project teams, ensure schedule, budget and risk controls, and drive safe, compliant execution across multiple projects. A strong economics background and EPC experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams.
• Previous EPC project management and execution experience.
• Strong understanding of business economics to support decision-making including budgets, schedules, prime and subcontract language.
• Negotiation experience with customers and subcontractors.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa transfer or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct project personnel on utility scale solar PV and BESS projects.
• Provide guidance on project execution phases including schedule adherence, forecasting, risk mitigation, and quality controls.
• Ensure milestones, budgets, and regulatory requirements are met with safety and environmental standards.
• Set clear goals and performance expectations for Project Managers and teams; review progress and provide feedback.
• Conduct talent reviews and workforce planning to maintain competitive project organization.
• Apply economic thinking to decision-making focusing on value creation and cost-effectiveness.
• Contribute to project documentation related to contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive portfolio-level planning and prioritize opportunities with internal and external capabilities.
• Foster strong customer and partner relationships to deliver mutual benefits and long-term success.
• Promote knowledge sharing and constructive challenge within the team.
