Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in an agency or in-house marketing/strategy/communications role.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategy.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong cultural fluency and the ability to translate trends into business opportunities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive presence.
