Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a VP, Growth Director in New York to drive growth strategies by translating data and technology into compelling value stories. You will partner with executive leadership to lead end-to-end pursuits and develop high-impact pitch materials.

You will work across Growth, Data, Technology & Tools, product, sales, and client teams to shape tailored solutions, refine messaging, and improve pursuit execution. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in growth, business development, or solution development within data, technology, platforms, marketing technology, or advertising technology.
• Experience supporting complex client pursuits in an agency or consulting environment, including RFI and RFP development, pitch strategy, and client presentations.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to make complex information accessible and compelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of data and technology components for RFIs, RFPs, pitches, and client presentations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives and value propositions for executive and technical audiences.
• Partner with Growth, DT&T, product, sales, and client teams to shape tailored solutions and competitive positioning.
• Lead pitch preparation and client engagements, including executive presentations and technical discussions.
• Develop and refine high-impact pitch materials, playbooks, case studies, value propositions, and enablement resources.
