360i, part of Dentsu Creative, seeks a VP / Head of Growth in New York to orchestrate the growth engine across dentsu, driving pipelines and revenue. You will design scalable entry points, lead high-priority pitches, and align Creative, Media, and Strategy to deliver market-ready offerings.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in agency growth roles, deep marketing knowledge, and a passion for building new capabilities. This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations in New York.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in agency roles (business development, operations, account management, or similar).
• Strong understanding of today’s marketing landscape, including social, creators, and content.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing and modern production approaches.
• Experience driving impact, contributing to growth, and bringing ideas from concept to execution.
• Understanding of modular, project-based marketing services.
• Leadership mindset: entrepreneurial and builder-oriented, with a passion for creating and scaling new ideas.
• Curious about culture, technology, and how marketing continues to evolve.
• Clear communicator and strong storyteller who can influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across teams in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Build the Growth Architecture: define how 360i grows across dentsu and the market.
• Create a clear, repeatable process for identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and ensuring the right teams lead each engagement.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize high-potential prospects and develop effective ways to open new client relationships.
• Design modern commercial pathways for AI-native, social-first services within productized, modular offerings.
• Lead the pitch system with compelling narratives and the right leaders for each engagement.
• Connect market insights to offering evolution across social, creator, and AI-driven marketing.
