The Judge Group is seeking a proven VP to lead ServiceNow Strategic solutions and client success across North America. You will win net-new enterprise accounts, build a strong pipeline, and close deals across the ServiceNow portfolio with onshore/offshore delivery teams in the US and India.

You will shape solutions, negotiate terms, and drive growth with CXOs. You will work closely with delivery to ensure scope, timelines and value delivery, while expanding existing accounts and reporting

Formación

10+ years of experience selling IT services or software subscriptions in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Established executive relationships at CXO/C-1 level or the ability to build them quickly.
Experience selling services delivered by offshore or blended teams (India) and generating leads in the US for local and remote delivery.

Responsabilidades

Identify, research and target net-new enterprise accounts in NA.
Sell full ServiceNow portfolio: implementation, managed services and licenses.
Lead account strategy with delivery teams in the US and India and shape the commercial model.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM.
Grow existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell of services and licenses.
