Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Leader to head pre-sales for the CRM portfolio across the Americas. You will drive NNACV growth and scale the organization through AI automation and proof-of-value motions, while building the next generation of pre-sales talent around the Forward Deployed Engineer model.

You will own CRM targets, champion AI-native solutions, and standardize motions while ensuring leadership accountability for execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading pre-sales or technical sales organizations, including managing managers.
• Track record of delivering against revenue-tied targets and evolving pre-sales motions.
• Compensation expectations include base pay up to $372,600 plus equity and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales technical engine for ServiceNow's CRM portfolio across the Americas.
• Own AMS CRM NNACV targets and accelerate double-digit ACV growth.
• Champion AI-native CRM and maintain strong field-to-product feedback loops.
• Standardize operating motions and hold leadership accountable for execution.
