Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, leverage and covenants.
• Prepare clear, concise underwriting recommendations for loan approvals.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing transactions.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings representing Credit Department.
• Mentor junior credit associates and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
