Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwrite CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and produce outcomes.
• Review borrowings base certificates and financial statements for quality.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, economy, and competition.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing transactions.
• Oversee future loan maturities and current pipeline with loan units.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings as Credit Department representative.
• Mentor junior credit associates and provide coaching.
• Join Relationship Managers on client calls and meetings.
