Job summary

ECI Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking a VP of Sales Operations to architect how the sales organization operates, partnering with the CRO to translate strategy into planning, processes, governance, and technology that drive consistent execution.

You will oversee Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning, forecasting, territory design, quotas and compensation, CRM governance, and operation cadence, shaping a unified operating model across GTM functions. Remote US role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years leading Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to design operating models, governance, and incentive plans.
• Experience aligning sales resources with corporate strategy and GTM tech.

Responsibilities

• Design and continually improve the sales operating model across opportunity management and forecasting.
• Lead annual planning, territory design, quotas, and compensation strategies.
• Oversee CRM governance, pipeline management, and frontline coaching.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineering and Analytics to drive productivity and AI adoption.
• Build and lead Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning teams and align with Finance, HR, Marketing.
