Job summary

Stord is hiring a VP of GTM Strategy & Operations to design and run the operational backbone of the revenue organization. You will lead GTM Operations, GTM Strategy, Partnerships, and GTM Engineering, aligning Sales, Marketing, and Finance to scale from $1B toward $2B+ in ARR.

You will build a high-performing team, establish repeatable processes, and drive strategic GTM initiatives, including AI-powered workflows and partner ecosystems. This is a remote role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years in Sales/GTM Operations or Sales Strategy, with 5+ in leadership.
• Experience scaling verticalized sales orgs and building Account Management from scratch.
• Strong command of CRM and forecasting infrastructure; partner with sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and marketing operations end-to-end: territory design, pipeline & forecast, deal desk and revenue operations.
• Lead GTM Engineering & Enablement; build AI-enabled workflows and a library of automations.
• Partner with CRO on revenue architecture and partner strategies (tech partners & SI).
• Oversee GTM Ops, Strategy, Partnerships, and Enablement teams; report to CRO.
