Job summary

Engine is seeking a Director of Sales Strategy & Operations for Groups to partner with the VP of Sales. This remote role supports the US market and focuses on how the sales organization plans and executes, with AI integrated into the sales motion.

You will build a team, analyze data, and drive productivity improvements. You will work within Revenue Operations alongside GTM Systems and Finance, partnering with Growth and Corporate Finance to shape strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy and operations supporting high-growth B2B environments.
• Strong forecasting and analytics skills to drive revenue planning.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own segmentation, capacity planning, and headcount forecasting.
• Define metrics and executive analyses to steer the business.
• Lead sales cadence, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
