Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to oversee Regional Directors across four regions in the United States. You will collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Training, Recruiting, and Analytics teams to implement scalable programs, improve sales quality, and reduce chargebacks while mitigating risks.

You will build and sustain strong partnerships with Walmart leadership and leverage data-driven insights to close performance gaps, drive field performance, and foster a culture of accountability

Job description

• Lead and develop a team of Regional Directors across four geographic regions
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Training, Recruiting, and Analytics support teams to drive consistent execution, field performance, and scalable operations initiatives
• Improve sales quality, reduce chargebacks, mitigate financial and compliance risks, and drive sustainable business growth
• Build strong partnerships with Walmart store-, market-, and regional-level leadership
• Use data and field insights to identify performance gaps, improve transactional retention, and drive program excellence
• Coach leaders and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in wireless, telecommunications, or retail operations
• Experience leading large, multi-state markets through regional leaders in direct reports capacity
• Strong understanding of smartphones, accessories, and service sales business structure
• Analytics and reporting expertise to identify opportunities and take appropriate actions in a remote leadership environment
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational changes and influencing sales behavior
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to spend time in stores supporting field teams
• Experience partnering with Walmart or similar big-box retail organizations is highly preferred
• Approximately 70% travel, including regular airline and automobile travel throughout assigned markets
• Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6+ hours per day
• Ability to use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and carry light items, typically 20+ pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, or stoop occasionally
• Ability to maintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work
• Ability to follow clear directions
• Ability to perform repetitive motions consistently throughout the day
• Strong interpersonal and highly developed writing skills

• Must be able to work in the United States
