We are seeking a Divisional Vice President of Field Operations to lead and grow our wireless retail business across four regional territories operating inside Walmart Supercenter locations. This executive leader will drive sales performance, strengthen partnerships with Walmart leadership, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Directors and field operations leaders. The ideal candidate brings deep wireless industry expertise, third-party labor (3PL) experience, and a passion for coaching teams and delivering results.
This is a highly travel-intensive role requiring regular airline and automobile travel throughout assigned markets. Travel is expected to be approximately 70% of the time.
The Divisional Vice President plays a critical role in shaping the future growth of our business. Through strong leadership, operational excellence, and meaningful partnerships with Walmart and our field teams, this individual will help expand wireless, accessory, and service sales while creating an outstanding experience for customers and employees.
