Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an accomplished leader to oversee Regional Directors across four regions, driving wireless retail performance within Walmart stores. You will collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Training, Recruiting, and Analytics to ensure consistent field execution and scalable initiatives, while focusing on sales quality and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in wireless, telecommunications, or retail operations
• Experience leading large, multi-state markets through regional leaders in direct reports capacity
• Strong understanding of smartphones, accessories, and service sales business structure
• Analytics and reporting proficiency for identifying opportunities and taking appropriate actions in a remote leadership environment
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational changes and influencing sales behavior
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on leadership approach with willingness to spend time in stores and support field teams
• Experience partnering with Walmart or similar big-box retail organizations highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and highly developed writing skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to travel regularly by airline and automobile, approximately 70% of the time
• Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6+ hours per day
• Ability to use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and carry light items, typically 20+ pounds
• Ability to occasionally reach, bend, or stoop
• Ability to maintain focus and attention during prolonged desk-based work
• Ability to follow clear directions
