Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team within our AT&T retail environment. You will coordinate merchandising, product launches, and customer experiences to exceed objectives.

You will coach consultants, collaborate with stakeholders beyond the store walls, and stay current with wireless terminology and industry trends to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
