Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Group seeks a Vice President to lead the Rewards pillar of our global HCM platform. This executive role focuses on compensation, equity, and deferred plans, delivering multi-year roadmaps and scalable platform capabilities for enterprise-wide impact.

You will own ROI-driven business cases, mentor PMs, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Technology to align with firm-wide rewards philosophy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior product leader with 10+ years in compensation/rewards in financial services or regulated environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale compensation platforms end-to-end.
• Strong executive communication and ROI-driven business case development.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year roadmap for the Rewards pillar across the HCM platform.
• Translate complex rewards frameworks into scalable platform capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end compensation platform implementations and vendor evaluations.
• Drive AI/ML adoption within compensation workflows and data pipelines.
• Mentor and develop product managers, driving governance and metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Technology leadership on strategy and compliance.
