• Experience working with HR functions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Americas wealth management landscape.
• Proven project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver advisor development programming.
• Oversee the lifecycle of new advisor programming.
• Support advisors in building internal networks.
• Accelerate time-to-productivity for New Private Wealth Advisors.
• Monitor key performance metrics and improve productivity.
