Job summary

Tarka Talent Ltd invites applications for a Vice President – Commercial Operations Consulting in Boston. The role leads the US commercial transformation and Revenue Operations practice, combining business development, executive client engagement and delivery of large-scale finance-to-cash transformations.

You will secure new business, strengthen partnerships and oversee multi-client programmes with strategic impact, reporting to senior leadership and shaping the US consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash transformations.
• Proven track record of generating consulting revenue and securing new engagements.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and programme leadership.
• Experience with revenue operations or related commercial systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of US commercial operations consulting practice.
• Lead and oversee Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash transformation programmes.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders to identify opportunities and convert them into engagements.
• Manage budgets, governance and risk across client programmes.
• Mentor consultants and influence long-term US business direction.
